Appointments

I am currently accepting clients at my office in Madison Valley, as well as via telehealth. I have weekday availability..

 

I offer a free 20 minute video consultation to discuss your needs, what you hope to achieve through therapy, and if we might be a good fit to work together. I also understand that a phone conversation is very different than an in-person session. Finding the right counselor can be challenging, and I believe it is important for you to find the right fit. I offer my first session at half my hourly rate as a chance for us to get to know each other and figure out if I am the right therapist for you.

Payment

My rates are as follows:

$150 for a 50 minute session

$220 for an 80 minute session (80 minute sessions are available for anyone though are mostly recommended for couples and families)

I do not accept insurance, so am out of network for all providers. I am happy to provide you with a bill of service to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

 

I understand that paying out of pocket for therapy can sometimes be difficult. In order to serve all populations I offer a limited number of income-relevant slots. Please contact me directly to discuss payment options if my regular rates would pose a financial hardship.

 

Payment is due after each session, and is processed through my secure client administrative software, Simple Practice via credit card.

Office

My office is located in the centrally convenient neighborhood of Madison Valley. The office is right on the 8 and 11 bus routes. There is a small parking lot on the east side of the building, and there is ample street parking nearby. 

 

The office has a private waiting area, with tea and water available. There is an elevator to get to the waiting area, but please note that my office is not ADA accessible; there is a short flight of stairs to get from the waiting area to the counseling office. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please feel free to speak to me directly to see if there is any way we can accommodate particular needs.
